Superschools 2007

As a school we were asked to take part in a 'Superschools' activity which involved meeting a sporting superstar, taking part in some exercise routines, having our photographs taken with the sports star and raising funds for more equipement to be used in school.

On October 16th the tripple jumper, Jullian Golley came into school.
He is a gold medal winner from the 1994 Canadian games.
His personal best is 17.06 metres - longer than the length of our school hall!

The 'Superschools' organisation has been running for the past 27 years, promoting fitness and exercise with the children, as well as raising funds to be used in schools.
